A series of Vingroup's humanoid robots appeared for the first time at the largest exhibition in history.

On the morning of August 28, the exhibition of national achievements "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" officially opened at the National Exhibition Fair Center ( Hanoi ), open free of charge until September 5.

The exhibition covers an area of nearly 260,000 m², the largest scale ever, with the participation of 34 provinces and cities, 28 ministries and branches and more than 230 business booths.

Among them, Vingroup's booth attracted attention when displaying a series of humanoid robots - products of VinMotion company.

Vingroup's humanoid robot greets visitors

These robots can wave and even perform salutes when visitors approach.

In early 2025, Vingroup Corporation officially established VinMotion company with a charter capital of 1,000 billion VND, marking a new step in the strategy of conquering the high-tech field.

With 51% ownership by Vingroup and the rest belonging to billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong and his two children, VinMotion is assigned the responsibility of pioneering the design, testing and development of the first generation of multi-purpose humanoid robots branded “Made in Vietnam”.

After just over 3 months of establishment, VinMotion's Vietnamese engineering team has created the first robot prototype.

With the ability to perform basic operations such as walking, waving and interacting with gestures, this robot shows great potential for application in production lines, services and life.
