People enthusiastically attend the Exhibition of National Achievements: “80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness”

On August 28, at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi), the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th National Day with the theme "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" officially opened, attracting a large number of people and tourists to visit.

The exhibition was held on the largest scale ever, with the participation of 28 ministries, central agencies, 34 localities and more than 110 large enterprises and economic groups with more than 230 booths across the entire area of ​​the Exhibition Center, introducing achievements of nearly 180 industries and fields, including indoor and outdoor display spaces.

General Secretary To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and other leaders and former leaders of the Party and State visited the Exhibition.

In the outdoor area, there is an exhibition space with the themes: "Sword and Shield", "For a Green Future, Aspiration for the Sky", "National Festival".

In particular, the exhibition space "Sword and Shield" displays typical weapons and technical equipment researched and manufactured by Vietnam and weapons and technical equipment in the army and police.

The exhibition space "For a green future, Aspiration for the sky" introduces products and achievements of the energy and environmental technology industries, especially real aircraft, models, sand tables, experience areas, interactive screens, and 3D videos .

The "National Festival" exhibition area includes exhibitions, fairs, cuisine, and experiences from agencies, units, and localities across the country.

At the Permanent Exhibition Center (building A), a "picture" of achievements from 12 cultural industries is introduced, such as advertising, architecture, software and entertainment games, handicrafts, design, cinema, publishing, fashion, performing arts, fine arts, photography and exhibitions, television and radio, cultural tourism, etc.

The highlight and main space of the Exhibition "80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" is the display space at Kim Quy Exhibition House - which sketches a panoramic, vibrant picture of the 80-year journey of building and developing the country with the theme "Vietnam - Journey to a new era".

With the participation of nearly 300 units from ministries, departments, branches, 34 provinces, cities and enterprises nationwide, the exhibition area is divided into 6 themes, closely related to the country's development journey such as: Vietnam - Country - People; 95 years of the Party flag lighting the way; Creation and development; Economic locomotive; National startup; Rich province, strong country.

Through the display of large panels, models, photos, drawings, documents, artifacts combined with 3D mapping projections, virtual reality experiences, multimedia audiovisual works, digital technology applications, AI... the exhibition introduces the history and culture of Vietnam - the country - people with thousands of years of cultural traditions; the richness and diversity of the cultures of 54 ethnic groups; the abundance of resources, products of the three regions and outstanding architectural works past and present across the country.

The exhibition introduces many products, typical symbols; development achievements in all fields, such as industry, technology; investment, trade; agriculture, rural areas; security, defense; foreign affairs; health, education; culture, sports and tourism...

The exhibition "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" welcomes people and tourists from August 28 to September 5, 2025.
