The Department of Education and Training of An Giang province requires educational institutions to disseminate and propagate regulations on revenue and expenditure in educational institutions so that parents, parent representatives, and teachers clearly understand the regulations. From there, donations and support will be made on a voluntary basis, openly and transparently between parents and educational institutions in accordance with regulations.
The Department requested the People's Committees of communes and wards in the special zone to strengthen inspection and strictly handle cases of teachers oppressing students to collect fees outside of regulations or suggesting students and their parents to buy unnecessary tools for learning activities.
The Department of Education and Training will conduct regular and surprise inspections and strictly handle heads of educational institutions that violate regulations on revenue and expenditure in the area.
