Urgently complete site clearance for Khanh Hoa – Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project

Currently, the progress of implementing some land acquisition procedures of Component Project 3 is still slow, such as: Land acquisition has not been completed according to the design and scope of adjustment and expansion at the branch road at the CT.02 intersection, the Km98+716 culvert outlet, the people's bridge 4 in Tan Tien commune, Vu Bon intersection, Provincial Road 10 intersection; for the scope of handing over the adjusted and expanded land acquisition piles of 10 hectares, the work of notifying land recovery, extracting and counting assets attached to the land has not been implemented; procedures for approving the lease of Ea Kenh mine land have not been completed...

To ensure the project progress as committed, the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units and localities to focus maximum resources, continue to promote coordination and direction, and complete the handover of the remaining land area and related procedures that are still slow.

Construction of Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project.

The Department of Industry and Trade shall preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment in Construction of Transport Works and Rural Development Agriculture (investor) and related units to review, support, and handle difficulties and problems related to the electricity sector, have a plan to speed up the relocation of electrical infrastructure, and must complete the relocation of high-voltage power lines so as not to affect the construction progress.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant units to guide the People's Committee of Krong Pac district, investors and related contractors to promptly complete the procedures for approving the lease of Ea Kenh mine land.

Requesting investors and People's Committees of Krong Pac and Cu Kuin districts to come up with creative solutions to speed up progress to compensate for the delayed construction volume due to land acquisition and clearance; focusing on thoroughly handling difficulties and problems related to material quarry procedures, waste disposal procedures, land use plans, and relocation of technical infrastructure, etc.
