BIDV MetLife's "Physical Security - Strong Future" package includes 4 main services: Online consultation, General health check-up, Medical secretary and Health training/seminars, helping customers improve their knowledge, proactively prevent and manage their health.

BIDV MetLife has just launched the Comprehensive Customer Care Service Package “Physical Security - Secure Future”, aiming to enhance the experience of insurance customers. This service package is applied to all individual customers of BIDV MetLife and is divided into 3 main categories: Peace of mind, Peace of mind, and Prosperity, depending on each customer's membership group.

With 4 main services in the package: Online consultation, General health check-up, Medical secretary and Health training/seminars, BIDV MetLife not only meets basic health care needs but also accompanies customers in improving knowledge, proactively preventing and managing comprehensive health. In particular, the two services Online consultation and Medical secretary are favored by customers thanks to their convenience and high applicability.

Online consultation - convenient health monitoring, saving time

Through cooperation with a partner that provides medical services, BIDV MetLife deploys an Online Consulting service that allows customers to talk with thousands of doctors in 32 specialties.

BIDV MetLife representative said that the examination process is simplified to the maximum: customers make an appointment, receive online consultation, get prescriptions and buy medicine right on the app. In particular, prescriptions will be delivered to your home within 3 hours, or customers can receive them at partner pharmacy systems.

This service is considered the optimal solution for busy people or those living in remote areas, helping to maximize travel time savings. All medical records (including medical history, prescriptions, test results) are also stored electronically on the medical application, ensuring confidentiality and allowing customers to proactively monitor their health anytime, anywhere. In addition, customers can also participate in free periodic consultations if needed, thereby having their questions answered and receiving health care instructions tailored to each individual.

Medical secretary - "assistant" for convenient medical examination

BIDV MetLife's Medical Secretary service is also deployed through cooperation with professional medical partners, to support customers in the entire outpatient examination process: from making an appointment, queuing at the hospital, paying hospital fees, referring to a specialist to requesting a prescription.

According to BIDV MetLife, with a team of more than 2,000 well-trained care staff working 24/7, regularly updating health status and managing medical records online after each visit, customers can save a significant amount of time and effort when visiting the hospital, especially for those who regularly need medical care.
