Every day, we are also supported by the company with lunch at the rate of 20,000 VND/meal/person, delicious food and reasonable rest. The company is fully equipped with protective clothing, so we feel secure in working with the company.” Through research, it is known that the average income of more than 400 workers of the company is more than 6 million VND/person/month. In addition to ensuring full benefits and policies according to the law, with 31.5% of the monthly compulsory social insurance contribution, of which 10.5% is paid by employees, the company supports the payment for employees. On national holidays, the company maintains a bonus of 400,000 VND/person. Every month, the company maintains coordination with the union to choose a day to organize the "Union Meal" program with quality meals for employees.

In particular, the company also supports the purchase of comprehensive health insurance with benefits of more than 300 million VND/person/year for employees. With such good policies and benefits, everyone feels secure, attached, accompanies, and builds the business to grow more and more." In addition, the unit also increased the level of meal support to 50,000 VND/meal. For workers working in heavy and toxic jobs, a compensation regime in kind is applied with a cost of about 160 million VND/year. The company also maintains the program "365 days without accidents, without injuries" and spends more than 160 million VND to reward employees who complete the program...
