Lecturer admits to harassing and soliciting sexual favors from female students.

According to information provided by a leader of Hai Phong City on the evening of June 26th, Mr. PTD, the person accused of using inappropriate language, has admitted to harassing and using vulgar language towards students.

According to a preliminary report from Hai Phong University, on June 24th, the General Staff of Military Region 3 sent a document requesting the university's cooperation in resolving Mr. D's case.

The incident occurred at Hai Phong University.

Upon receiving the information, Hai Phong University directed its specialized departments to investigate. On the same day, lecturer PTD was suspended from his duties and reprimanded for his involvement in the incident.

Previously, on the evening of June 22nd, on a group for students of Hai Phong University, the account TC posted an article complaining about a military lecturer from the Center for National Defense and Security Education (Hai Phong University) repeatedly calling and making inappropriate advances.

The article included seven videos recording conversations via Zalo, allegedly between a male lecturer and a female student. According to the shared content, in June, the school organized a military training course for students at the National Defense and Security Education Center.

During the course, a lecturer repeatedly called female students, propositioning and sexually harassing them. Not only did he do this over the phone, but he also summoned the female students to his private office to continue his advances.

"For everyone else, military training is the happiest memory of their student life, but for me, it wasn't. Three weeks was like playing hide-and-seek, counting down the days until the course ended...", this female student wrote on social media.
