Lecturer admits to harassing and 'sexually soliciting' female students

Previously, on the evening of June 22, on the group of Hai Phong University students, the TC account posted an article reflecting on the fact that a military lecturer of the Center for National Defense and Security Education (Hai Phong University) repeatedly called to solicit sex, using inappropriate words.

The article is accompanied by 7 videos recording a conversation via Zalo, which is said to be between a male lecturer and a female student. According to the shared content, in June, the school organized a military training session for students at the National Defense and Security Education Center.

During the course, a lecturer repeatedly called a female student to sexually harass her. Not only by phone, this lecturer also called the female student to his private room to continue sexually harassing her.

"For everyone, military service is the happiest memory of student life, but for me, it is not. The three weeks were like playing an escape game and counting the days until the course ends...", the female student wrote on social media.
