Specifically, CEO Group Corporation (stock code CEO) has just released a list of participants in the offering of more than 252 million shares to existing shareholders with an implementation ratio of 100:98, corresponding to shareholders owning 100 shares will be able to buy 98 new shares at VND10,000/share. The amount of VND2,573 billion expected to be collected from the two options, the company said it will use to invest in the Sonasea Residences luxury villa project, increase working capital for subsidiaries and supplement working capital. Or Ba Ria-Vung Tau Housing Development Joint Stock Company (stock code HDC) announced a plan to issue 20 million shares at a ratio of 1,000:148 to existing shareholders, meaning that shareholders owning 1,000 shares will be able to buy 148 new shares at a price of VND15,000/share. This plan will be implemented from the fourth quarter of 2023 to the first quarter of 2024 and is estimated to help the company raise VND300 billion in capital.

Recently, the Board of Directors of Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code HHV) has just approved a detailed plan on offering shares to existing shareholders at a ratio of 4:1 (shareholders owning 4 shares will buy 1 new share). The number of shares offered is more than 82.3 million shares at a price of VND10,000/share. If successful, HHV will collect about VND823 billion, increasing the company's charter capital from the current VND3,293 billion to more than VND4,116 billion. The mobilized amount will be used to contribute capital to Deo Ca Investment Joint Stock Company and Bac Giang - Lang Son BOT Joint Stock Company; used to pay short-term loans, purchase machinery and equipment and supplement working capital.

Meanwhile, International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (stock code IDP) privately offered 2.4 million shares to foreign shareholder Daytona Investments (headquartered in Singapore). If the transaction is successful, Daytona Investments will increase its ownership from 8.99% to 12.56% of charter capital at IDP. The transaction is expected to take place from August 21 to September 18. Regarding the plan to use the raised capital, the dairy company plans to use it to buy raw materials for production and business; supplement working capital; repay bank loans and pay marketing costs.

Another company, Dong Duong Import-Export Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code DDG), also announced that it will offer 20 million shares privately in the near future, thereby increasing its charter capital by VND200 billion. The company will offer new shares to professional securities investors, including individuals with financial potential, capital capacity and quick capital contribution after registering to buy shares, or with management experience in the field of steam - heat - electricity with the ability to contribute to the company's production and business activities.
