My Anh gave up her career to stay behind the scenes and help her husband - Dang - develop the company. She lived in a seemingly perfect marriage, but gradually realized that the gap between them was growing. Truc Lam once believed that love and marriage were all she needed to be happy. Truc Lam married Toan - a practical, quiet, sincere man. But her husband's indifference, financial pressure and her own mother's excessive involvement made her marriage increasingly suffocating. Chau Ngan - the only single girl in the group of friends always believed that she could control her life without needing a man. However, the emotional incident with Manh Truong - a charismatic businessman, an ideal man, caused Ngan to fall into crisis.

Imperfect men accompany 3 women at some stage of life, bringing joy, hope and many tears, making them understand that: Marriage is not the destination of happiness, but a journey that both must walk together, nurture together and need understanding from both sides. Moreover, love does not mean losing yourself.

Sharing about this film, director Le Do Ngoc Linh said, “Gio ngang khuong thoi xanh” only takes the idea from the story of the film “30 chua phai la tat”. The male director believes that although China and Vietnam have cultural similarities, “Gio ngang khuong thoi xanh” is a story of Vietnamese people, about Vietnamese cultural and social life, about Vietnamese people. He hopes that the audience will watch the film “Gio ngang khuong thoi xanh” and feel the work independently because this is another creative work of Vietnamese filmmakers.

The film's script has a breath of modern life told from the perspective of contemporary women, with dreams, ambitions, stubbornness, forgiveness, stumbles and even very feminine jealousy that any girl can see herself in that story. Besides the story being built with many layers and depth, another attractive point of "Gio ngang khoa khoi xanh" attracts attention when there is a return of cooperation between the duo Phuong Oanh and Doan Quoc Dam - 2 actors who made a special impression on the audience in the movie "Quynh bup be" many years ago. The role of My Anh is Phuong Oanh's first role after 4 years of absence.

The film also features the participation of Meritorious Artist Duc Khue, Tu Oanh, Quynh Cool, To Dung, Nguyen Quynh, Viet Hoa, Dennis Dang, Ha Thanh, baby Gia Nghia...
