Mr. Dang Thanh Lam, Captain of Market Management Team No. 2, said: The team manages 13 communes in Mai Son and Yen Chau areas, with 1,917 business establishments. To carry out the task, the unit sends forces to monitor the area, survey the price situation, especially goods that are prone to violations, to have a plan to inspect and handle promptly. Actively coordinate with functional forces to prevent the introduction of goods of unknown origin, poor quality, food safety and commercial fraud.

The focus of inspection is on essential goods such as food, foodstuffs, firecrackers, gasoline and products with high consumer demand. The inspection work is closely linked to legal propaganda, mobilization and organization of signing of commitments to comply with regulations in production, business and services for organizations and individuals in the area. Since the beginning of the year, Market Management Team No. 2 has organized the signing of commitments to comply with the law in production, business and services for 15 establishments in the area; inspected, detected and handled 58 violations, and collected more than 386 million VND for the budget. Dozens of shipments of goods of unknown origin were confiscated and destroyed, contributing to keeping the market from being "disturbed" by counterfeit and poor quality goods.
