Nhu Xuan ensures adequate facilities for the new school year.

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - For the 2025-2026 school year, Nhu Xuan commune will have 8 schools, with 117 classes and over 3,410 students. To date, educational facilities in the commune have basically completed school building construction, purchased teaching and learning equipment, and cleaned the environment to welcome students back to school.

Nhu Xuan Ethnic Boarding Junior High School has been invested in and built with modern facilities.

With funding from the provincial budget, Nhu Xuan Ethnic Boarding Junior High School has received investment for the construction and upgrading of many school facilities, totaling over 20 billion VND, including: building a boarding area, a canteen for students, a schoolyard, a multi-purpose hall, and a guardhouse. Currently, the basic facilities meet the needs of the school's two-session-per-day teaching and learning schedule. The school has also reviewed teaching and learning equipment for repair and supplementation, while mobilizing staff and teachers to clean the school's surrounding environment; and sending staff and teachers to participate in training courses organized by the education sector...

These days, Tan Binh Primary and Secondary School is urgently completing preparations regarding facilities, equipment, and learning materials to be ready for the new school year. The school has mobilized teachers and staff from the entire school to work, sweeping the schoolyard, decorating with greenery, and creating a green, clean, and beautiful environment. Mr. To Quy Thanh, the school principal, said: “From the beginning of August, teachers have been present at the school to review facilities, teaching equipment, and clean the school grounds. At this point, the school has prepared all the necessary conditions to welcome the new school year.”

According to Nguyen Huu Loi, Head of the Culture and Social Affairs Department of Nhu Xuan commune: To prepare for the 2025-2026 school year, the commune has intensified communication efforts, directed schools to focus on reviewing facilities and teaching and learning equipment to plan for repairs and upgrades; continued to advise on allocating investment capital, integrating programs and projects, and mobilizing social resources for education to invest in facilities and support educational and training activities; and paid attention to ensuring sufficient textbooks for students. Regular training and capacity building in management and teaching for the staff and teachers are provided to meet the requirements of principal standards, teacher professional standards at all levels of preschool and general education, and to implement the 2018 General Education Program. In addition, the commune has directed the effective implementation of school security and safety measures, fully implementing the contents and criteria for building safe schools. To date, 7 out of 8 schools in Nhu Xuan commune have met national standards. With the school infrastructure being increasingly invested in and upgraded, it is hoped that the education sector in Nhu Xuan commune will have more motivation to strive for excellence in the new school year 2025-2026.
