Leaders of the Department of Home Affairs also discussed and resolved difficulties and problems in implementing labor and employment work in the locality.
The training course helps commune and village officials master the techniques of implementing policies to support job creation. From there, they can flexibly and creatively apply them to local practices, improving management efficiency and supporting workers.
