Attending the ceremony were comrades: Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police; Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province.

At the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan presented 5 billion VND from the Ministry of Public Security to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province to help the locality overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 10.
