Deploying the exchange of party membership cards on the basis of the National Population Database

To implement the peak of exchanging party membership cards on the basis of the National Population Database (NDS), electronic identification and authentication, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police are directing departments and commune-level police to prepare all necessary conditions to facilitate party members to exchange party cards at 124 commune and ward police stations in the province.

Minh Xuan Ward Police have prepared all necessary conditions for officials and party members to come and complete procedures to change their party cards.

The peak period is implemented from now until August 20, striving to issue and change cards for 100% of official party members in the province, contributing to modernizing party member management, serving administrative reform and digital transformation of the Party. Collecting and authenticating party members' identities, building a database of party organizations and party members to serve the Party's management work.

Police units across the province are urgently coordinating to speed up the progress of updating the list of party cells, preparing equipment, reviewing and comparing personal information of party members with population data in the National Population Database system to ensure information is synchronous, accurate, and in accordance with technical procedures and regulations of the Party.

Thereby, contributing to creating favorable conditions for cadres and party members, especially elderly party members in remote areas, to be able to come to 124 commune-level police units to carry out procedures to exchange party cards quickly, transparently and in accordance with regulations.
