Preparing to issue driving licenses to those who complete procedures by March 2025

Therefore, the Traffic Police Department, Dong Nai Provincial Police Department announces: Those who submit applications for renewal or re-issuance of driver's licenses in March 2025 and foreign driver's licenses will receive their driver's licenses at the place where they submitted their applications. Those who register to return their driver's licenses via postal service will receive their driver's licenses at the registered address.

The Traffic Police Department notes: Citizens should look up information about their driver's license at the website http://gplx.csgt.bocongan.gov.vn to update the earliest information about the blank number. When receiving it at the Traffic Police Department of Dong Nai Provincial Police, bring the appointment letter and present your Citizen ID card, and return it to the old Traffic Police Department of Dong Nai Provincial Police for cases of exchange at the Traffic Police Department of Dong Nai Provincial Police. In case another person receives it on their behalf, they must have authorization according to regulations.

In the third quarter of 2025 alone, the Traffic Police Department, Dong Nai Provincial Police received and processed more than 14,700 applications for changing civil driving licenses. Currently, people can make the conversion at 23 locations across the province, including the Dong Nai Provincial Public Administration Service Center, the Citizen Reception Department in Area II of Dong Nai Provincial Police (former Binh Phuoc Provincial Police Headquarters) and 21 commune and ward-level police stations.
