Inspecting 164 parking lots at schools across the province in the first 3 days of the campaign

During the inspection, the authorities discovered 5 middle school students and 183 high school students riding motorbikes to school. Notably, 147 of them were wearing helmets that did not meet quality standards. The traffic police invited 9 parents to come to work and sign a commitment not to let their children who are underage or do not have a driver's license drive the vehicle.

The inspection team also requested 103 schools to strictly implement their commitment not to keep motorbikes for students who are not qualified to drive; at the same time, requested 33 parking lots outside schools to stop keeping motorbikes of underage students.

The inspection was carried out in accordance with the school traffic safety plan directed by the Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security . This activity aims to prevent underage students from riding motorbikes, raise awareness among parents and students in obeying traffic laws, and contribute to building a safe school environment.
