More than 330 people drew lots to buy 168 social housing units.

(DN) - On November 7, Thanh Thang Design and Construction Consulting Company Limited (Bao Vinh Ward, Dong Nai Province) organized a lottery to select social housing buyers at the Bao Vinh Ward Social Housing Project. This is the third time the investor has opened sales of products at this project.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Kiet, Director of Thanh Thang Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd., said: Because the number of registration applications is greater than the number of houses for sale, a lottery must be held to select buyers. In the morning, more than 330 customers drew lots for the right to buy 168 social housing units. All are townhouses, completed construction, with an area of ^{​​92.5-96.5m2} /unit, selling price of more than 9.2 million VND/ ^m2 (including 5% tax, excluding 2% maintenance fee).

Bao Vinh Ward Social Housing Project has a scale of more than 1,000 social houses and 136 commercial houses, which can accommodate more than 4,200 people.

Regarding the social housing category, up to now, the investor has completed construction of all 592 social townhouses and is constructing 456 social apartment-type houses.

This is one of eight social housing projects announced by the Provincial People's Committee as eligible for preferential loans under the 120 trillion VND credit program for loans for social housing, worker housing, and renovation and reconstruction of apartment buildings.
