For more than 5 years as Party Cell Secretary of Go Dua Hamlet, Binh Hiep Commune, Tay Ninh Province, Mr. Lieu Duc Tinh (born in 1972) has always been exemplary, a pioneer and responsible in his work, actively contributing to the new rural construction movement, and is trusted and loved by the people.
