In addition, the Human Act Prize 2025 launched by Nhan Dan Newspaper is an award with profound humanitarian significance, aiming to honor individuals, groups, and outstanding projects in volunteer activities, sustainable development, environmental protection, and spreading positive energy in society.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requested the Provincial Electronic Information Portal and the People's Committees of communes and wards to direct the grassroots broadcasting system to increase propaganda about the 4th Dien Hong Award in 2026 on mass media, helping voters and people better understand the role, functions and tasks of the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.
At the same time, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requested departments, branches, press agencies, the Provincial Journalists Association, the Provincial Union of Literature and Arts Associations and the Provincial Electronic Information Portal to promote communication and spread information about the Human Act Prize 2025, to honor typical initiatives and models, contributing to spreading humanistic values and actions for the community.
