Timely prevent, rectify and strictly handle violations of the law within authority, especially acts of taking advantage of land use rights auctions to manipulate prices, inflate prices for personal gain, and disrupt the real estate market.

The units synthesize reports on the results of inspections, audits, reviews and the handling of violations; clearly state the advantages, difficulties and problems in related policies and laws, and send them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment for synthesis and reporting to the Prime Minister.
