According to the Provincial People's Committee, in the planning, the intersection of Road 319 with Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway on the Long Thanh commune side, after completion of investment, will connect traffic directly with Long Thanh High-Tech Park, then connect with Tran Phu and Nguyen Du streets, which are the two main roads of the center of Long Thanh commune.
Currently, the traffic infrastructure of Long Thanh High-Tech Park Project has been completed on an area of 120 hectares (including routes S1, S4, S5, S6, S7, N3, N7 and parallel roads).
Tran Phu Street project has been approved for construction design after basic design and is clearing the ground for construction.
Nguyen Du Street Project has been approved for investment policy and is preparing a feasibility study report.
Regarding site clearance, according to the Provincial People's Committee, the area of land needed to complete the construction of the intersection consists of two parts. Most of the area within the BOT Road 319 Project has been cleared. The remaining area of about 13 hectares within the Long Thanh High-Tech Park Project has completed site clearance for about 80% of the area.
Therefore, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee commits to the progress of investment in local traffic infrastructure items to ensure connection and synchronous exploitation with the 319 intersection after the investment is completed. Specifically, Dong Nai Province commits to site clearance and relocation of technical infrastructure to ensure meeting the requirements of the completion of the 319 intersection in 2025.
In order to complete the regional traffic infrastructure connection, creating favorable conditions for socio-economic development of Dong Nai province in particular and the Southeast region in general, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee proposed the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Construction to consider and request the Vietnam Expressway Corporation to add the investment item to complete the 319 intersection to the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh Expressway Expansion Project of the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway route.
