Coordinate the provision of planning documents under industry management

Accordingly, the Department of Construction said that the documents of district construction planning projects, urban zoning plans, functional zoning plans, general construction plans for communes in Quang Nam province (before the merger) and the documents of city general planning projects, urban zoning plans, functional zoning plans, general construction plans for communes in Da Nang city (before the merger) have been completely compiled by the unit.

The Department of Construction has also compiled data on approved technical infrastructure planning documents and projects. As for detailed planning projects, these documents are under the approval authority of the former district-level People's Committee, currently managed by the commune-level People's Committee. Therefore, the Department of Construction requests the City Land Fund Development Center to proactively contact and coordinate with the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones to be provided.

Before the merger, the City People's Committee approved the Urban Transport Planning Project of Da Nang City to 2030, with a vision to 2045 in Decision No. 1766/QD-UBND dated June 11, 2025. For Quang Nam province before the merger, the explanation and drawings of the current status and the transport infrastructure development plan were integrated into the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. This planning was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 72/QD-TTg dated January 17, 2024.
