The City People's Committee has just issued a decision authorizing the Director of the Department of Construction, People's Committees of wards, communes, and special zones to perform the task of organizing traffic during the period of management, operation, exploitation, and use of roads on routes under the city's management.

Accordingly, the authorized tasks include: regulating the number of lanes, road sections for cars and other road vehicles, road sections for pedestrians; travel direction, speed of motor vehicles participating in road traffic; organizing lane and flow separation on roads under management; regulating traffic at intersections, connection points with other roads; regulations on avoiding and overtaking vehicles on the road, permitted stopping and parking points on the road, pick-up and drop-off locations.
