Exhibition of books and newspapers with the theme "Hanoi - The Day of Return"

To celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2025), to welcome the 18th Hanoi Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Hanoi Cultural Center and Library organized a book and newspaper exhibition with the theme "Hanoi - The Day of Return" at 54E Tran Hung Dao (Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi).

The exhibition is organized to promote the role of the library in serving the political , economic, cultural and social tasks of the Capital and the country, and at the same time widely propagate the significance and great historical value of the Capital Liberation Day - a brilliant milestone in the revolutionary cause of national liberation and socialist construction.

Through the exhibition space, the public has the opportunity to review the thousand-year-old tradition of culture and heroism of Thang Long - Hanoi, arousing patriotism and the spirit of "Determination to die for the Fatherland" of the army and people of the capital during the resistance war, while at the same time feeling more clearly the face of Hanoi's innovation, integration and development over the past nearly four decades.

This is also an opportunity to arouse national pride, foster solidarity, strengthen faith and aspiration to build Hanoi Capital to become increasingly rich, civilized and modern.

The exhibition includes 300 books and newspapers with three main themes: "The Party leads the resistance war against French colonialism", "Hanoi - Historic October Days", "Hanoi - Capital of culture, heroism, innovation and integration".

The exhibition runs until October 20.
