Currently, the People's Committee of Thang Dien commune is reviewing, classifying data, and authenticating land plot information with the national population database to continue updating, reviewing, adjusting, and supplementing information of land users to ensure that the land database is always "correct - sufficient - clean - alive".

Based on the issued plan, the working groups organize the collection of land and housing certificates, identity cards/citizen identification cards of land users and house owners; create a database for land plots and houses that have been granted certificates but have not yet had a land database established.

The collected documents include a photocopy of the certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to the land; a photocopy of the citizen identification card of the land user (household head). Particularly for cases where a certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to the land has not been issued or the certificate has been lost, contact the village to declare the full name of the household head, phone number and address of the residential land plot.

Previously, the People's Committee of Thang Dien commune issued a plan to implement a campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database starting from September 1 to November 30.
