At the meeting, members of the Steering Committee and representatives of departments, branches and localities reported on the implementation of key tasks on digital transformation, administrative reform, building population databases and developing shared digital platforms. Many opinions focused on clarifying difficulties in the implementation process, and at the same time proposed solutions to ensure progress and efficiency in the coming time.

The Steering Committee analyzed and evaluated a number of key indicators such as: the rate of meetings held online or combined online; the level of digitalization of business data; the rate of staff granted personal digital signatures; the rate of connection and data sharing between levels and sectors. These indicators are considered important measures reflecting the level of digital transformation in the management and operation of the city government.

Regarding the Land Database Cleaning Campaign, the Hue City People's Committee has directed specialized departments, affiliated units and People's Committees of wards and communes to closely coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to review, cross-check and standardize information between land data and national population data. Data cleaning aims to ensure consistency, accuracy and synchronization, effectively serving land management, granting land use right certificates and providing online public services to people.

Currently, the city's land database is managed on the VDBLIS system, with more than 1.12 million land plots, of which about 573 thousand plots have completed cadastral data according to standards, reaching a rate of 51.4%. The land database cleaning campaign is deployed in 90 days (from September 1 to November 30, 2025). The City People's Committee calls on people, land users and home owners to actively cooperate in providing information to the local working group (by scanning or photocopying certificates and citizen identification cards), to be completed before November 15, 2025.

At the same time, Hue city is increasing the application of digital technology in processing and analyzing land data, while promoting propaganda and guiding people to update and verify information, creating a foundation for building a "digital land map" - an important step in smart urban management.

In his speech, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh acknowledged and commended the efforts of the units in implementing the tasks of the Steering Committee. He emphasized that digital transformation, science - technology and innovation are key driving forces to promote the socio -economic development of Hue city.

Regarding the Land Database Cleaning Campaign, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh requested relevant units to continue to implement resolutely, synchronously and on schedule according to the direction of the Central Government and the City; strengthen coordination between the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Police and local authorities in standardizing land and population data. At the same time, it is necessary to promote the application of digital technology in checking and cross-checking data, promote the sense of responsibility of responsible officers, ensure "clean, correct, sufficient, and alive" data to effectively serve management work and people's needs.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh also requested to review and evaluate the results in each phase, provide specific instructions on system indicators, clearly define tasks between agencies and units; ensure technical infrastructure and promote the role of the Community Digital Technology Team in supporting people to perform online public services. The city will continue to promote the spirit of innovation, proactiveness and creativity in management and operation; strengthen connection and data sharing between sectors, contributing to realizing the goal of building digital government, digital society and digital citizens in Hue city.
