The Trade Union of the Social Policy Bank donated 300 million VND to overcome the damage caused by storms No. 10 and 11.

Responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, on October 14, the Trade Union of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) donated VND300 million to Phu Tho province through the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to help overcome the damage caused by storms No. 10 and 11.

Leaders of the Provincial Social Policy Bank presented a symbolic plaque of 300 million VND to support Phu Tho province in overcoming the damage caused by storms No. 10 and 11.

Due to the impact of two consecutive storms, many localities in the North and Central regions, including Phu Tho province, have suffered heavy damage to land, crops and property... In that situation, the VBSP Trade Union has allocated a total of 5.5 billion VND from the Social Fund to support people in the provinces affected by storms No. 10 and No. 11. Of which, the amount of money donated to the people of Phu Tho province is 300 million VND, demonstrating the spirit of social responsibility and the good tradition of "mutual love and support" of the nation.

The donations were received and distributed by the Phu Tho Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to affected localities and households, contributing to overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and soon stabilizing life and production.

This activity continues to affirm the active role of the VBSP Trade Union in social security work, while spreading the spirit of solidarity, sharing, and readiness to join hands for the community among all staff and employees of the system.
