Currently, Golfasian is one of the largest international golf tourism companies operating in long-haul markets, focusing on the segment of customers with long stays and high spending power, mainly from Europe, Australia, and the United States.
Assessing Vietnam as a country with great potential for golf tourism development, Mr. Mark Siegel believes that its geographical location, diverse topography, and especially its long coastline are very suitable for developing high-quality golf courses associated with resorts.

Mr. Mark Siegel noted the nearly doubling of international golf tourists to Vietnam each year. Currently, Golfasian has two representative offices in Hanoi and Da Nang to promote golf tours to Vietnam. In the past 12 months, Golfasian has brought approximately 5,400 golf tourists to Vietnam and forecasts this number will continue to increase significantly over the next five years as Vietnam develops more golf courses and new destinations.
Therefore, Mr. Mark Siegel hopes to receive support from the Vietnam National Tourism Administration to jointly promote the growth of international tourists coming to Vietnam to play golf combined with tourism, by strengthening promotional and marketing efforts to attract more international golfers to Vietnam.
In addition, he also proposed several specific areas of cooperation, such as promoting Vietnamese golf tourism through golf and hotel magazines published periodically by Golfasian; and jointly participating in golf trade fairs and exhibitions in Thailand, the United States, and Europe.
In terms of market strategy, Golfasian also aims to expand its operations in the northern region, such as in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, which possess great potential, while also targeting seasonal tourists to be able to exploit golf tourism year-round in Vietnam.

Besides traditional markets, Vietnam will also focus on key golf tourism markets such as North America, Western Europe, Northeast Asia (South Korea, Japan), and ASEAN.
