In early May in Da Nang , many Greenfeeders (employees of Greenfeed company) burst into tears upon crossing the finish line after the final strides. It wasn't due to exhaustion after the race; these emotions overflowed because the Greenfeed team had just completed a courageous challenge. It was a journey of overcoming personal limits, something each Greenfeeder pursues daily, both in work and in life.
The journey of Greenfeeders in overcoming limitations.
At the Ironman Vietnam 2026 race, Greenfeed was one of the largest corporate teams participating in the season, with nearly 80 athletes competing in various categories: Ironkids, Sprint, 70.3, and especially the Full Ironman 140.6 - a grueling endurance challenge.
In the 70.3 distance, Greenfeed had 6 individual athletes competing alongside 58 team members participating in a relay race, spreading a spirit of unity and solidarity throughout the race.

Among them, nine members from the Greenfeed Outrace internal sports club completed the Full Ironman 140.6 triathlon, consisting of a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km bike ride, and a 42.2 km run in one day. It was not just a test of physical fitness, but also of willpower, discipline, and mental fortitude during the competition.
The Greenfeed team's journey to conquer Ironman was built upon 17 weeks of relentless training, from early morning swims and hundreds of kilometers of cycling to runs after work and countless times pushing their own limits. Each day of training was a day of building resilience. Each kilometer completed was not just an achievement, but a victory over fatigue, pressure, and limitations.

On the race track, Greenfeeders displayed a professional, civilized, united, and supportive team spirit, helping each other move forward. This spirit earned Greenfeed the Corporate Challenge Runner-up award for outstanding performance and scale of participation in the season.
For Greenfeed, sports are not just an internal movement, but become a way for businesses to build a natural "glue" that binds the team together, while simultaneously fostering courage and enthusiasm – values that become the "Greenfeed spirit" in each individual.
Outrace Club
Businesses choose to care for their workforce in a way that focuses on mind, body, spirit, and soul, viewing investment in physical and mental health as a sustainable human development strategy. According to Greenfeed, physical health is not only the foundation of overall health but also provides energy for intellect, emotions, and spiritual depth. When the body is healthy, each individual has the inner strength to be creative, collaborative, and resilient in overcoming challenges.
From there, Greenfeed established the Outrace Club, offering a variety of sports such as running, yoga, cycling, and swimming, allowing individuals to choose activities according to their needs. With the participation and support of the team, connecting not only internal staff but also family, friends, customers, and partners, a healthy and thriving ecosystem has been formed.

Beyond being just an internal club, Outrace Club has become a place where many individuals inspire the organization through their journeys of pushing boundaries. Among them, Pham Tuan Anh, Senior Director of Sustainable Development, is one of Greenfeed's pioneering "legs" on the running track.
Few people know that he once battled colon cancer. In 2013, while still an office worker with no prior athletic training, he received a diagnosis. After years of treatment, in late 2017, he began running, much to the concern of those around him. Starting with 3km and 5km runs, he gradually conquered longer distances.
"My philosophy about running isn't about being better than others, but about becoming a better version of myself than I was yesterday. Now I run 10 km a day, I rest when I'm tired, but I never want to stop," Tuan Anh said.
A commitment to providing comprehensive care for its workforce is one of the key factors in Greenfeed's creation of a healthy and well-received work environment. In 2025, the company aims to achieve the "Great Place to Work" certification, a prestigious global ranking for workplace environments. According to survey results, 95% of employees consider Greenfeed a great place to work, significantly higher than the average of 59% for typical businesses. Behind this recognition lies the company's commitment to building a humane work environment, where each individual not only thrives professionally but also enjoys a more positive, healthy, and happy life.
Greenfeed is not simply a company with a sporting spirit; it aims to build a well-rounded team that is healthy both physically and mentally. It's a place where people and the organization can work together, develop sustainably, and go further on every journey.
