The Deputy Director of the Soc Trang Provincial Police Department instructed mass organizations, especially the Provincial Police Youth Union, to promote a spirit of initiative and volunteerism, gather available water resources, and coordinate with functional units and local police to organize flexible water transportation through various means to support the people.

Specifically, the Logistics Department of the Provincial Public Security, in coordination with relevant agencies, proactively developed a plan to organize free medical examinations and distribute free medicine to the people, especially for certain diseases that are prone to occurring during the hot season...
Recognizing this as a major political task for the entire provincial police force, they have taken practical actions to help the people overcome difficulties in harsh weather conditions, demonstrating a spirit of mutual support and dedicated service to the people.
On the morning of the same day, the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police force of Soc Trang province organized a deployment to transport water to remote rural areas facing difficulties in accessing fresh and clean water in Soc Trang province.
