According to the plan, by July 5 at the latest, candidates will receive the 10th grade admission results notice, and complete the admission procedures by July 7. This is a mandatory procedure for all admitted students who wish to enroll. Students can enroll online or in person.
If enrolling in grade 10 online, students log in to the city's primary admission system, select the name of the school they are admitted to and confirm their admission, then print or save the form.
If enrolling directly, students must submit a copy of their 10th grade entrance exam results to the school they are admitted to. After their admission is confirmed, their account will be locked. The school will print out an admission confirmation for them. In case they are admitted to multiple choices and want to make adjustments, students must contact the school to cancel their admission confirmation before enrolling in their new choice.
From July 10, schools that have not yet recruited enough students can consider additional recruitment and call for admission from July 11 to 14.
The entrance exam for grade 10 public schools in Hanoi took place over three days, June 10-12, with more than 104,000 students. Students had to take three exams: Math, Literature, and Foreign Language. To be considered for admission, candidates had to complete all the exams, not violate the regulations, and not receive a score of 0 in any exam. The admission score was the sum of the three subjects, with Math and Literature multiplied by a factor of two.
