5 fireworks display locations to welcome New Year 2025 in Hanoi
People and tourists in Hanoi are eagerly welcoming the countdown and fireworks to celebrate New Year 2025.
In 2025, Hanoi city will display fireworks at 5 locations (6 locations) in Hoan Kiem, Ha Dong, Nam Tu Liem districts, Son Tay town and Dong Anh district.
The number of high-altitude fireworks includes 3,600 pieces (600 pieces per site); low-altitude fireworks includes 540 sets (90 sets per site).
Fireworks display time is 15 minutes, from 0:00 to 0:15 on January 1, 2025.
Specifically, 6 fireworks locations in Hanoi include :
Battlefield No. 1: Hoan Kiem District (in front of the headquarters of the Hanoi Moi Newspaper).
Battlefield 2: Hoan Kiem District (in front of Hanoi Post Office ).
Battlefield No. 3: Nam Tu Liem District (at F1 racetrack, Phu Do ward).
Battlefield No. 4: Ha Dong District (Van Quan Lake, Van Quan Ward).
Battlefield No. 5: Son Tay Town (Son Tay Citadel).

Ho Chi Minh City: 3 fireworks display locations for New Year's Eve 2025
Ho Chi Minh City will have one high-altitude fireworks display and two low-altitude fireworks display locations on the occasion of New Year's Eve 2025.
On the evening of December 31, Ho Chi Minh City held a countdown program to welcome the new year 2025. Thousands of people flocked to the central streets of District 1. The sea of people on Nguyen Hue walking street gradually became crowded after 7 p.m.

According to the New Year's Eve plan announced by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the city will set off fireworks at 3 locations to welcome the New Year 2025, including:
A high-altitude fireworks display at the beginning of the Saigon River tunnel (Mai Chi Tho Street, Thu Duc City).
Two low-altitude fireworks display locations: Dam Sen Cultural Park (No. 3, Hoa Binh Street, Ward 3, District 11) and Van Phuc Urban Area (Van Phuc City, National Highway 13, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City).
At the high-altitude fireworks display at the entrance of the Saigon River tunnel, it is expected to use 1,500 high-altitude fireworks, 30 low-altitude fireworks and 10 pyrotechnics.
With two low-altitude fireworks display locations at Dam Sen and Van Phuc Urban Area, each location uses 90 low-altitude fireworks.
