Hanoi establishes another new public high school.

The Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just issued a decision to establish the High School of Architecture under the Hanoi University of Architecture.

Accordingly, the Architecture High School is a public general education institution within the national education system and within the system of general schools in Hanoi.

The school has legal personality, is entitled to use its own seal, and can open accounts at the State Treasury and commercial banks in accordance with the law.

The Hanoi University of Architecture High School is organized and operates under a self-governing public school model, complying with current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for high schools; it is under the direct and comprehensive guidance and management of Hanoi University of Architecture, and at the same time, is subject to state management according to the regulations of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training and other relevant agencies of Hanoi City.

The target group for admission to the High School of Architecture consists of students who have completed the lower secondary education program or equivalent as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training; and who possess artistic talent to serve as a source of students for Hanoi University of Architecture.

The school's headquarters are located on the campus of Hanoi University of Architecture - 129 Tran Phu Street, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi.

The university's staffing quota is determined according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, within the total annual staffing allocation for Hanoi University of Architecture.

For the 2026-2027 academic year, Hanoi University of Architecture will adjust the total number of allocated staff positions in 2026 to provide sufficient positions for civil servants and contract workers in accordance with Decree 111/2022/ND-CP for the High School of Architecture, in order to meet the school's management and training requirements.
