Hanoi organizes two special art programs to celebrate National Day September 2

Specifically, the program " Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945" took place on the evening of August 15 at August Revolution Square and " Hanoi - Forever shining Vietnamese aspiration" took place on the evening of August 31 at the National Exhibition Center.

Previously, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 4197/UBND-KGVX, dated July 22, 2025, on coordinating the organization of the special art program "Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945". The program is organized by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports as the standing agency, advising on the overall organization, responsible for implementation to ensure quality, progress, and compliance with regulations and instructions of the city. The program takes place at 8:00 p.m. on August 15 at August Revolution Square (Cua Nam Ward).

In addition, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports also plans to organize a special art program "Hanoi - Forever the Aspiration of Vietnam" to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). The program is organized by the Hanoi Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; scheduled to take place at 8:00 p.m. on August 31 at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh commune), broadcast live on Hanoi Radio and Television and digital platforms.

“Hanoi - Forever the Aspiration of Vietnam” consists of 3 chapters: Hanoi day, month, year; Hanoi in whose eyes; Vietnam in the new day. The program is presented in the form of comprehensive art performances including: music, contemporary dance, animation, documentary projection, 3D mapping, modern sound and light, with the participation of famous artists, professional art units in the capital and students of art schools. The event is organized to propagate and educate revolutionary traditions, patriotism, arouse the aspiration to develop and build the country into a new era - the era of national growth; contribute to creating a unique artistic highlight within the framework of the National Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements at the National Exhibition Center. Thereby, affirming the role, responsibility and contribution of the capital Hanoi - the political and cultural center of the whole country in the 80-year journey of building, protecting and developing the country.

This is also an opportunity to introduce and honor the unique cultural and historical values of the capital - the city of a thousand years of civilization; promote Hanoi's tourism potential to domestic and international visitors; create a highlight in the chain of local cultural - artistic - tourism activities.
