Hai 'Beck' redeems himself with a goal, Long An ends their 8-match losing streak.

Despite missing a penalty, captain Nguyen Thanh Hai redeemed himself to help Long An win 1-0 against Quang Ninh FC in Round 17 of the National First Division League on the evening of May 2nd.

The home team, Long An, were awarded a penalty in the 30th second. Striker Tran Minh Hieu was struck in the leg by goalkeeper Duong Van Cuong right on the inside edge of the penalty area.
