In 2025, the Squadron's mission was carried out under many difficult conditions. However, with a high sense of responsibility, the Party Committee and Commander of the Squadron thoroughly grasped the superiors' orders and commands, organized synchronous, comprehensive, tight implementation, according to plan, achieving practical results on all four criteria for building a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, typical".

The inspection team commented and evaluated the inspection results of the "exemplary" VMTD unit at Squadron 102.

Party and political work closely followed the tasks, with many innovations in leadership and direction, especially in the management and training of party members, management and handling of soldiers' ideology, avoiding passivity and surprise. Emulation, propaganda and mass mobilization work were in-depth, creating clear changes in motivation and sense of responsibility in performing tasks. Mass mobilization and social security work were practically implemented. Training and combat readiness work had many innovations in content and methods, especially in the application of information technology and teaching model. Logistics and technical work were fully and promptly ensured.

Concluding the inspection, Major General Tran Van Hau requested the unit to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, thoroughly overcome shortcomings and limitations, and uphold the determination to maintain the title of a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, typical".
