From early afternoon, thousands of people lined up along both sides of the road, clasped their hands, chanted sutras and solemnly attended the ceremony to welcome the Buddha's relics.
At exactly 3:30 p.m., the procession of relics departed from Khai Tam Gate towards Truc Lam Palace following the ritual route. The sound of bells and wooden fish mixed with the deep chanting of sutras spread throughout the sacred space of Yen Tu mountains and forests.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, and leaders of Quang Ninh province welcomed Buddha's relics to Truc Lam Yen Tu Palace.

The relics were enshrined in the royal palace at the main hall of Truc Lam Palace, under the witness of venerable monks, representatives of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, delegates at all levels, and a large number of followers and tourists.
According to the Organizing Committee, the Buddha's relics will be enshrined at Truc Lam Palace from May 25 to 28 to serve the worship and worship needs of Buddhists and people. This is the first time the Buddha's relics have been invited to Yen Tu, the center of Truc Lam Zen and one of the most sacred lands of Vietnamese Buddhism.

Before coming to Yen Tu, Buddha's relics were enshrined at several major spiritual sites across the country, such as Thanh Tam Pagoda (HCMC), Ba Den Mountain (Tay Ninh), Quan Su Pagoda ( Hanoi ), Bai Dinh Pagoda (Ha Nam), and Phuc Son Pagoda (Bac Giang).
After Quang Ninh, Buddha's relics will continue to be invited to Chuong Pagoda (Hung Yen) and Ngu Hanh Son Pagoda ( Da Nang City).
