At USKOLOR AI's paint factories, automatic pallet (shelf) stacking robots are equipped with sensors to recognize people and objects to ensure safety. The automated production line is installed with ML (machine learning) algorithms to monitor, adjust and improve the paint production process. With this technology, temperature, humidity, pressure and mixing ratio, preparation of biological and chemical components are continuously monitored and adjusted immediately during the production process, ensuring that there are no deviations.
This not only saves raw materials but also ensures that each paint product has consistent quality.
