Every month, WinCommerce provides "Premium Fresh" goods to 30 million customers, bringing remarkable growth to domestic and international manufacturers.
In 2022, WinCommerce accelerates its expansion with 10 WinMart supermarkets and 777 newly opened WinMart+ stores. At the same time, the WINLife ecosystem was successfully launched, nearly 100 WIN stores were opened, attracting more than 500,000 customers to participate in the WIN Membership program as of November 2022. Continuing the development momentum, in 2023, the Company plans to open more than 1,500 new points of sale, bringing the scale of the entire chain to 5,000 supermarkets and stores, present in 63 provinces and cities. From there, it will fully serve 100 million Vietnamese consumers, with outstanding revenue growth.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Danny Le - General Director of Masan Group shared: "Despite many difficulties in the market, WinCommerce is still continuously expanding, investing and innovating to become a leading retailer of essential goods. In 2023, we will deploy the WIN membership program throughout the system, bringing the number of members to 10 million people, developing a partnership model to supply goods and financial products. The goal by 2025, WinCommmerce will: connect 30 - 50 million Vietnamese consumers through 8,000 supermarkets - stores and the number 1 partnership model in the market; online revenue accounts for 10% of revenue; increase the number of customers served each day from 600,000 to 2 million.”

In 2023, WinCommerce will focus on optimizing the efficiency of the supply chain with the following solutions: Refine the product portfolio on both WinMart/WinMart+ chains; build a stable pricing strategy to stimulate shopping; understand rural and urban consumer culture to plan product development suitable for points of sale and innovate packaging to increase efficiency in transporting and displaying goods. The Company's top priority is to build strong partnerships with suppliers, develop data and understand customers to increase revenue.
