Over 140 volunteer teams support people and authorities in implementing public administrative services

On the morning of July 7, at Minh Xuan ward, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee organized a program to launch youth volunteer teams to support people and the government in implementing public administrative services in operating two-level government and providing online public services at the grassroots level.

With the motto "Understanding the area - Solid technology - Dedicated support - Effective dissemination", more than 140 youth volunteer teams with nearly 2,000 union members and young people will focus on implementing practical activities such as: supporting local authorities in updating, cleaning, and synchronizing population data and administrative data after the merger; guiding people to use online public services, VNeID electronic identification accounts and population digital applications; training digital skills for grassroots officials; organizing mobile technology consulting points; coordinating communications to raise awareness of digital transformation in the community...
