Attractive summer tourism in Mong Cai city

Mong Cai City announced the entertainment and recreation area in zone 2 (no construction investment projects) of Tra Co beach area.

Mong Cai City (Vietnam) cooperates with Dongxing City (China) to organize the first cross-border cycling race in 2025.

Mong Cai cuisine is a fusion of Vietnamese and Chinese cultures, offering visitors unique dishes such as Mong Cai pork, Vietnamese pho, Peking duck, goat hotpot, mixed seafood porridge, and grilled dishes. Mr. Vu Tuan Anh, Head of the Department of Culture, Science and Information of Mong Cai City, said: To meet the increasing demand for tourism during the summer tourist season, the city has carefully prepared facilities, human resources and necessary conditions to serve tourists. Accommodation establishments, food and beverage services, and shopping centers in the area are required to prepare all necessary conditions, ready to serve domestic and international tourists; at the same time, strictly comply with regulations and standards on product quality, registration, price listing, ensuring fire prevention and fighting, and food safety and hygiene.

The city currently has more than 200 accommodation establishments, including 22 hotels with 1-5 star standards, providing nearly 7,000 high-quality rooms. The city focuses on improving service quality, ensuring to bring visitors the best experiences.
