After checking the actual records, books and working directly, the Supervisory Delegation highly appreciated the positive results in the work of building job position projects, recruiting, using and managing the payroll of civil servants, public employees and workers in the area.

However, during the implementation process, localities still have some limitations, such as some civil servants have not fully met the professional standards required by the job position, and their ranks and grades are not suitable for the assigned professional tasks.
