Deputy Director Ha Van Sieu also shared the important role of the Indian tourist market in Vietnam's tourism development strategy. Accordingly, the Vietnamese tourism industry has been implementing many breakthrough and flexible policies to create the most favorable conditions for Indian tourists to visit Vietnam. Vietnam has expanded the e-visa policy up to 90 days for Indian citizens, allowing multiple entries - this is especially convenient for MICE guests, business guests and guests with frequent travel needs. The Vietnamese government and localities are also actively simplifying entry procedures, improving the airport experience and increasing direct flight connections between major cities in India and Vietnam. The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism encourages tourism businesses, hotels, convention centers, etc. to build products and services suitable to the tastes and culture of Indian tourists, wedding services, and event organization in Indian style, etc.
