Summary of comments, acceptance, explanation of comments, policy consultation of the Circular regulating import tariff quotas for some goods originating from Laos

Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, the Import-Export Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade has organized to collect opinions and consult on the policy dossier of the draft Circular of the Minister of Industry and Trade regulating import tariff quotas for a number of goods originating from the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

- Total number of agencies and organizations that sent comments: 06 agencies and organizations, including: Ministry of Justice , Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry.

- Total number of relevant units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade that have sent for comments: 03 units, including: Legal Department, Department of Domestic Market Management and Development, Department of Foreign Market Development.
