Hai Duong Provincial People's Council decides and adjusts investment policies for 3 major projects

At the 20th Session (special session), the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed 3 draft resolutions on investment policies for 3 major projects.

In particular, the Provincial People's Council approved the investment policy decision for the Project to renovate and improve the lighting system, art lighting, trees, and sidewalks of Truong Chinh Street and Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue in Hai Duong City and Gia Loc District. The total investment for this project is expected to be nearly VND 88.6 billion from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025.

The project aims to create an architectural highlight for the gateway road connecting to the center, improving the quality and synchronizing the urban technical infrastructure system of Hai Duong city and Gia Loc district.

At the meeting, the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council also passed two resolutions adjusting the investment policy of the Hai Duong Provincial Social Protection Center Construction Project (new location) and the Van Bridge and Road Construction Investment Project connecting National Highway 37 (Chi Linh City) with the Trieu Bridge approach road (Kinh Mon).
