In his closing remarks at the session, Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, emphasized that the resolutions adopted at the session are important legal bases for the Provincial People's Committee and all levels and sectors to proactively implement socio-economic tasks in 2024 and the following years. Along with quickly putting these resolutions into practice, the Provincial People's Committee needs to focus on effectively implementing the socio-economic resolutions adopted at the mid-year regular session of the Provincial People's Council.
Emphasizing that the issuance of a list of public service activities in the field of natural resources and environment will facilitate and resolve difficulties in granting land use right certificates, Comrade Le Van Hieu requested localities to pay more attention to coordinating with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to resolve and meet the aspirations of voters. In the coming time, the construction of land price tables also needs to be further reviewed and researched to best suit the reality…
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council, Chairman Le Van Hieu respectfully acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Mr. Trieu The Hung, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, and newly appointed Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education , to Hai Duong.

Comrade Le Van Hieu stated that the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council plans to hold a special session in September to finalize the appointment of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The Provincial People's Committee needs to proactively review and prepare the documents and content to be presented at the session early to ensure quality. The Standing Committee, committees, delegate groups, and delegates of the Provincial People's Council should continue to uphold a high sense of responsibility, effectively fulfill their roles as representatives of the People's Council, and maintain close contact with the people.

1. Amend and supplement the Land Price Table for the period 2020-2024 in Hai Duong province issued together with the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council.
2. Promulgating regulations on the content and expenditure levels for statistical surveys in Hai Duong province.
3. Confirmation of the results of the dismissal of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, 17th term, 2021-2026.
4. Regarding the termination of the duties of a representative of the Provincial People's Council, 17th term, 2021-2026.
5. Regarding the approval of the planning task for the Hoang Dieu Industrial Park, Gia Loc District, at a scale of 1/2000.
6. Regarding the approval of the planning task for the Hung Dao Industrial Park, Tu Ky District, at a scale of 1/2000.
7. Regarding the approval of the zoning plan for the Tan Truong expanded industrial zone, Cam Giang district, at a scale of 1/2000.
8. Regarding the decision on the investment policy for the construction project of the Training, Coaching and Sports Competition Center within the Provincial Cultural and Sports Complex.
9. Regarding the decision on the investment policy for the project to restore Con Son stream in the Con Son historical site, Cong Hoa ward, Chi Linh city, Hai Duong province.
10. Promulgating the List of public service activities using state budget funds in the field of natural resources and environment in Hai Duong province.
11. Regarding the decision on the investment policy for the project to build and complete the cadastral records system and land database of Hai Duong province.
12. Regulations specifying criteria for deciding on the bidding process to select investors for the construction of new urban areas or urban renovation and upgrading projects, and rural residential area projects in Hai Duong province.
13. Regarding land policies for ethnic minorities in ethnic minority and mountainous areas within the province.
14. Regarding the investment policy for the project to construct several sections of the northern access roads of National Highway 5 in Kim Thanh District, Hai Duong Province.
15. Regarding the investment policy for the project to build a bridge over the Thai Binh River and access roads belonging to the Hai Duong City Ring Road I, section from Provincial Road 391 to Provincial Road 390C.
16. Regarding the decision on investment policy for projects to invest in, procure, and upgrade the local broadcasting and information system for the period 2021-2025.
17. Adjusting and allocating the 5-year public investment plan using local budget funds for 2021-2025 and the year 2024 (provincial budget source)
18. Regarding the decision on the investment policy for the project to build a labor and employment database to ensure social security.
19. Regarding the decision on the investment policy for the project to build, renovate, repair, and preserve artifacts at the Hai Duong Provincial Museum.
20. Regarding the decision on the investment policy for the construction project of the Martyrs' Memorial Temple and Cultural Park in Hai Duong province.
