The 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, convened delegates to attend the 24th Session (Special Session).

The meeting is scheduled to take place for half a day on the morning of August 12 at the Eastern Cultural Center (Hai Duong City).

According to the scheduled content of the meeting, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council will consider a number of personnel matters and many important socio -economic issues.

Regarding the fields of land, natural resources, environment, and construction, the People's Council of Hai Duong province will consider the submissions of the Provincial People's Committee on the proposal to amend, supplement, and extend the application period of the Land Price List for the period 2020-2024 in the province; issue a resolution on the list of public career services using the state budget in the field of natural resources and environment; issue a resolution on policies to support land for community activities, residential land, agricultural land, production and business land for ethnic minorities; issue regulations on criteria for deciding on the implementation of bidding to select investors to implement investment projects to build new urban areas or renovate and embellish urban areas and rural residential area projects.

Regarding public investment, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council will consider investment policies for many important public investment projects; adjust and allocate the 5-year public investment plan from the local budget for 2021-2025 and the 6th time in 2024 (provincial budget source).

The Provincial People's Council will also consider the proposal of the Provincial People's Committee on the proposal to issue a resolution regulating the content and expenditure levels of statistical surveys in the province; the proposal for the task of planning the construction of Hung Dao Industrial Park (Tu Ky) and Hoang Dieu Industrial Park (Gia Loc), scale 1/2000...
