In response to the nationwide emulation movement "Innovation and Digital Transformation," the Binh Minh Ward Youth Union has launched an initiative encouraging its officials, members, and young people in the area to actively participate in activities to enhance digital skills and apply technology to learning, work, and daily life.

In response to the nationwide emulation movement "Innovation and Digital Transformation," the Binh Minh Ward Youth Union has launched an initiative encouraging its officials, members, and young people in the area to actively participate in activities to enhance digital skills and apply technology to learning, work, and daily life.

Accordingly, the Ward Youth Union calls on every Youth Union official, member, and young person to proactively improve their digital skills; actively use online public services; apply technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in their studies and work; participate in the "Digital Literacy Movement"; and support people in accessing and effectively using digital platforms.

The ward's Youth Union has set the goal of "Every member a creative idea, every young person a digital skill, every Youth Union branch an effective digital transformation model," thereby spreading the spirit of innovation and creativity, contributing to building a more civilized and developed locality.

Participating in digital transformation, the Binh Minh Ward Youth Union has recently applied online platforms in the implementation of documents, reports, registration of movements, and branch activities; established and maintained a community-based digital transformation volunteer team to support people in installing and using online public services, applying VNeID electronic identification, and cashless payments.
