According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), the latest attack took place this afternoon with approximately 50 missiles launched from southern Lebanon, aimed at the Galilee region in northern Israel.
Initial reports indicated that at least four people were injured when a Hezbollah rocket struck a residential area in Nahariya.
Earlier, Hezbollah launched about 30 rockets attacking the Safed area, but caused no casualties.

Meanwhile, some regional sources reported that Hezbollah missiles or drones struck residential areas in central Israel, causing large fires.
Israeli media confirmed a major fire that destroyed many homes in the Kochav Yair residential area in central Israel, but did not specify the cause. According to Israeli sources, at least eight fire crews and four firefighting aircraft were deployed to Kochav Yair to extinguish the blaze.
Meanwhile, on the Lebanese battlefield, Hezbollah claims to have eliminated 70 Israeli soldiers, destroyed 28 Merkava tanks, and shot down 4 advanced Israeli military drones since the IDF began its ground offensive in southern Lebanon on the night of September 30.
Additionally, approximately 600 Israeli soldiers were wounded, and much other heavy equipment was destroyed. Regional sources assessed the information provided by Hezbollah as reliable, while the Israeli military has not yet commented.
