That's the way I work and I will always be like that."

The strategist born in 1985 also admitted that sometimes the pressure made him want to give up. “There were times when I wanted to resign, and there were times when I wanted to stay for 20 years. After the defeat to Grimsby, I was really disappointed because I thought the team had a good pre-season, playing more and more consistently. But then we went downhill like that. However, the coach who took Sporting Lisbon to the top still insisted that he had put the unforgettable defeat behind him to focus on the Premier League match against Burnley at Old Trafford. "Now it's a new match and I'm completely focused on the next challenge," Amorim emphasized.
